I recently finished Star Wars Republic Commando, and I was blow away with how good the squad is.

For the first time in a shooter I didn’t have to worry about killing everyone and doing everything myself, for the most part I would let the squad take care of the clankers and I would focus on giving commands, and I trusted that they would always have my back

I became so reliant on the boys that when we did split up, I was genuinely terrified, especially on the ship.

So I was wondering, what other companions throughout all games did you love playing with and who where the most helpful?
