2015 Toyota Proace, 2.0 liter diesel, intermitent no start, no click.

So our company has this (fake) Toyota van. It’s basically a rebaged French van. Randomly won’t start, no crank, no click, nothing. It has been to the dealer several times. No codes. Obviously electrical. Anyone know what this could be? Has already had the parts cannon thrown at it, including new ECU.
