Only the blue light (corresponding to power) works.

WiFi is down, can’t connect to the router. Can’t get a connection by Ethernet to work either.

Xfinity support apparently can’t reach this modem either. Relocated it to a different coax to see if that would help, no dice.

Factory reset didn’t work either. Held the pin in for longer than ten seconds and the single blue light didnt even blink. Is this unit toast? Kind of an expensive brick, sadly

    Call their support line - they have great customer service and fixed issues I was having with my surfboard during initial setup w/Xfinity when we moved.
