Past 6 years.

Ironically Lavine has played 12 more games during that time. Since so many say he’s so injury prone.

but yea we shouldn’t want that kind of scorer.

It’s really hard to justify a Lavine trade at this point. The money doesn’t work without including one of Julius or RJ. 2 months ago, RJ was still considered inconsistent on both ends of the floor. Now we are seeing RJ breakout into a consistent 2way wing and there’s no archetype more valuable in the NBA. It may be a hot streak, but RJ’s youth, smaller contract, level of play, and chemistry with the team justify keeping him. The smaller output on offense from RJ is more than made up for by defense. In simpler terms, who’d you rather switch onto Jimmy, Tatum, Siakam, Tobias Harris etc. Julius is the only legitimate 4 on the roster and coming off an All-NBA season, nuff said on him. Leon’s patience has been one of his best qualities as the Knicks GM. He should continue it. Keep staying consistent, collecting assets, and improving the talent within the organization.
