I run a watch business and find myself struggling to efficiently follow up with potential buyers scattered across various platforms such as phone, WhatsApp, email, Telegram, live chat, forums, eBay, etc. Managing follow-ups on so many different channels is proving to be quite challenging.
I want to create an efficient follow-up system. Preferable a system that is accessable via phone and PC, but PC is my main priority.
My question is: Is there a tool or platform that can help me centralize my communication from different channels for easier follow-ups? Or at least send me reminders so I can follow up myself. I feel like I’m missing out on deals by not following up and want to improve that.
