What will it take to trade for LaVine and Caruso. What package do you think the Magic would have to offer?

LaVine is not the solution, he’s way too ball dominant. The guy shoots 17 times a game. He can score but he’s not a shooter and I’m not sure we can/should expect him to shrink into that smaller role, especially at that price tag. Really don’t think our FO is giving him any consideration. He would be our #1 guy and a LaVine lead team isn’t going to accomplish much.
What we need is another Gary Harris imo, that way we have a shooter in every lineup. Obviously we’re hurting extra with him out. We can’t forget that we’re still growing, we just have to find the right pieces to put around Paolo and Franz. Caruso would be nice but we’d have to give up Suggs imo, I think plenty of contenders would be very interested in him, that’s a bidding war waiting to happen. He’s a good 3 point shooter but attempts under 3 a game. I’d like to see us go after someone with a bit more volume.
Someone like Buddy Hield would be perfect, attempting almost 8 3’s a game at 37%. But again, the cost. I don’t think we should expect any panic trades but it’s also unrealistic to expect our terrible shooters to magically improve (looking at the Suggs delusionalists here). Jett’s not looking like an NBA player when he’s out there. Ingles has been better recently but not sure if he’ll keep it up given his abysmal start. Getting Harris back will be a good send but we do need another shooting specialist outside of him.
