SAS 12G drive and Dell H330 HBA negotiating only 6G

So I have a Dell R230 with the 4x3,5" backplane and today I upgraded from SATA 6G to SAS 12G disks (HGST Ultrastar He12). HBA is a Dell H330 attached to the backplane. Although both the HBA and the disks are capable of SAS 12G, the negotiated speed is reported as 6G in iDRAC. Am I missing something here?
