No. However we should consider in the mind of a New Yorker, that rent is cheap for what you’re getting. Both Danielle and johan don’t seem to be comprehending that their experiences are different, nor the difference in living conditions. In New York most people would not consider a place without heat. In the DR that’s not a big concern.
