Driving 700 miles in a 2011 Santa Fe with P200a Code.

Hi all.

Our son has a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. His car is giving a P200A code. The P200A code indicates an issue with your vehicle’s intake manifold runner control (IMRC) system. He’s a Marine and has been out in the field and other Marine stuff came up… He wants to drive home for Thanksgiving and we’re not sure if he can get it fixed in time. Is it safe for him to make a 700-mile round trip?
