(Full disclosure: not a Bulls fan, specifically. But I like to see well-designed teams come together and compete.)
How do you assess the DDR-LaVine-Ball-Vucevic-Caruso era? I really wanted to see what they were capable of, and they got off to a strong start years ago, with DeRozan initially playing like an MVP-candidate.
I think the middle three are all kinda true at the same time. Injuries prevented us from seeing the full potential, that being said we saw enough to say they probably would never win a title as constructed, but who’s to say maybe we were a trade or two away.
Y’all are delusional thinking injuries is why this team failed. That little stretch with Lonzo tricked yall.
We beat up on bad teams and couldn’t beat a decent one to save our lives and we were fully healthy
I think its always been obvious this team was never going to win anything when it mattered.
