im so ready to move on from thibs

3+ years and the team still has 0 situational awareness. absolutely unforgivable to see jimmy butler hurt his ankle with 5+ minutes left in the fourth quarter of a tight PLAYOFF GAME and not a single knick tried to attack him on defense, not ONE. but thats all fine and dandy that’s last season we move on, maybe he or the players learn from it. Fast forward to this season and STILL this team constantly fucks around, NEVER attacking mismatches or even worse not even attempting to force mismatches despite watching the other team do it to us.

offensively, thibs is horrible schematically and in regards to rotations he’s pretty awful too. Not even looking to get some guys who can help in game burn. Oh wow he tells a team with mitchell fn robinson to hit the glass and play ice on pick and rolls how irreplaceable!
