The ability to set custom bit rate makes Chiaki the best remote play solution in terms of quality. The only thing that makes me want a PlayStation Portal is the lack of vibration on Chiaki by default. Has anyone got this to work?

Can I ask what effect the bit rate has? I’ve been trying to google for the answer.
