Bengals tend to be terrible vs backup QBs. Trust me I’d know. They barely beat Huntley in playoffs and only won that game cuz he tried going high instead of sneaking it normally. Also from NFL not calling a blatant block in the back that should’ve reversed that TD, but still.

9ers defense obv is elite and I’d guess they contain a lot of a struggling cinci offense. I think burrow is getting back to normal but until he has a solid game vs a decent team I’m not predicting them to be back to normal. Shanahan will outscheme them, partially cuz it’s Shanahan and also cuz Taylor isn’t a good HC. Anarumo is a very good DC but imo SF offense still has enough talent to keep it close even with Darnold. Still a chance it could be close but I don’t think cinci is back just yet.

And we were in first in the NFC last season until our schedule got harder. I just hope the same doesn’t happen this season. The schedule doesn’t look to pretty going forward.
