How do I start an ecotourism business? I'm located at the foothills of the Himalayas surrounded by lush vegetation but no snow.

I cannot take a big risk. I’m thinking of developing an ecotourism based venture which focuses on agro forestry, mountains, farming, and a rural experience.

What ideas do you suggest in terms of how I can start and what unique value can I offer to the folks?
