They actually have “is this a must blow out?” On the screen. Never seen that before. They’re already saying if it’s close dallas sucks. How far sports media had been cucked is crazy

And if it’s a blowout where Dallas rests starters in the beginning of the 4th, they’ll call us stat padders, garbage time warriors, etc

It’s an NFL team, those guys are there because they are the best players in the world. Anything can happen in the NFL at any time. They’re not amateurs out there, I hate takes like that.

The Eagles are allowed to barely beat teams and be fine, while the Cowboys have to blow out teams to be seen as a valid threat. It’s so dumb.

I think the more fair point is, “Of course you beat that bad team, you’re supposed to. Gloat when you beat a team with a winning record.”

We lucked out with the schedule this year, and we fans need to acknowledge that and manage our expectations accordingly. Coach McCarthy can use all of these “easy” games to develop and tune up his strategy (which I think he has been) so we can come out hard come January. If they don’t do that, then we can be sure to hear the “Fraud” charges come back out. And to be fair, the team would deserve that.

i think the bar is us beating good teams, we have lost to the niners and eagles despite blowing out other teams. Those are the teams we need to beat. This is the big factor for us making it through playoffs. We need to figure that stuff out.

Its our fault too. Everyone’s expectations were 42-3 this week not regarding how late in the season and garbage time.

Our standard is unrealistically high. No one jokes about “they can’t even make it to the championship game”. Other teams are just trying to make the playoffs…

    We are entitled.

It could be worse. We could be the browns giants, jets, or any of the bottom 16 teams in the league.

Dallas has repeatedly blown all their opportunities at shutting up critics by not winning in the clutch and lost their margin for error this year by losing to Arizona and getting clapped by San Fran.

Same reason the Eagles don’t get dragged for losing to the Jets or the Chiefs don’t get criticized for losing to Denver. They’ve shown that they can get it done and earned the benefit of the doubt, which Dallas doesn’t have, and deservedly so.
