Hey! I recently bought the iPhone 15pro and when I use the „focus“ in the camera App by tapping with my finger on the screen a „f“ appears in the corner. I can activate it, but I can’t find out what for. It looks like the sign for „camera aperture“ (I don’t know if this is the right word, it’s „Blende“ in German). What does it do? I didn’t find anything on the apple help pages.

“fake” aperture setting. it adds blur artificially after the photo has been taken to mimic the aperture thats been chosen since this has a fixed aperture
