I’ve been delving into the lore of Runeterra lately, and I can’t help but wonder about the scale of the map. How vast is the world we’re exploring in League of Legends? Does anyone have information on the distances between major regions or landmarks?

I am curious cause I am gonna run a dnd Campaign set in the universe of runeterra, that’s why I am asking for the distance btw places

I’d love to hear your thoughts, theories, or if there’s any official info out there that I might have missed.

    According to multiple writers, the map is not to scale. Shurima, for example, is supposed to be larger than Valoran.

    We also know that the map represents ~1/6th of the actual globe, of which the map shows the upper western hemisphere.

    There is a lot of Runeterra that remains yet to be seen. More recently, with Ruination (the novel) we got a glimpse of more of the landmasses to the East. (More specifically, part of the continent that holds Camavor and Kathkan.)
