I plan on playing the Witcher 3 soon but need advise on which version to play. The newer version (next gen I believe it’s called?) looks great but the fps seems to stay around the 35-40 mark on a mix of low and medium settings. I had an old save in Novigrad which is where I get this framerate.

However I’m reading that if I download the old version it plays at a higher framerate, but it wont have the extra features the next gen version has.

For anyone who has tried both, do you recommend using the new or old version, features vs fps? Thanks
