In 38 Years, this franchise has made it to the Eastern Conference Finals(not won the ECF, just made it) a total of two times, in 1985 and 2001.

Eagles have made the NFC Championship 7 times(2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2008, 2017, 2022)
Flyers have made the Eastern Conference Finals 8 times (1987, 1989, 1995, 1997, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2010)
Phillies have made the NLCS 6 times(1993, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2022, 2023)
At a certain point, we need to accept the fact that the sixers organization is dysfunctional. With basically no real draft capital and no major assets to gain draft capital(thanks u/dmorey!), the sixers are going to continue being dysfunctional for a long, long time.
