Best Hard Drive to store Games/Roms

I am looking for the best (and cheapest) way to store 8TB of data. Once the data is stored, I will mainly be reading only as and when I play the games. The Toshiba X30 seems to come up within my price range, then there is the Toshiba S30 also which is slightly cheaper. I’m also open to using a refurbished HDD through Amazon. Budget is £100-£130
