Obviously, everyone has their “million-dollar ideas” (or so they say). But recently, a couple of friends and I have decided that we actually want to execute one of these ideas.
All of us have had our fair share of little side hustle business throughout the years but this is the first project that we will need thorough planning for. The problem that I am running into is a lack of structure.
Obviously, multiple things are needed here in order to get this idea off of the ground: executive summary, competitive analysis, market analysis, product mockups, etc. But in what order? In what time frame? Is this relative to each business? Or is there a fine-tuned industry-standard structure that has been proven to provide the most thorough result?
