Magicians in the Invincible universe?

I don’t see a lot of people talking about magicians in the Invincible universe. Considering there are powerful curses like the one that cursed BB, made Midnight city into being always midnight, Dupli-Kate ect. Why aren’t they talked about more? And is there any even discussed in the comics.
