Hi everyone, i’m currently thinking on what road to take to work. Both are even fast, but on my way back road 1 avoids traffic.
Road 1: Road where i can put my car on cruise control and then it uses ±1L per 25km. Problem is, there are like 10 speed bumps, i don’t necessarily have to slow down for them but ofcourse the suspension will wear out quicker this route.
Road 2: Highway, no bumps but lower fuel efficiency and traffic on my way back.
So my question is, what will be more efficient in the long run? Taking the bumpy road and save on fuel or take the highway and save my suspension. I drive 5 times per week to work and back if that makes any difference.

are they true speed bumps or closer to speed humps?
