This is my guess for the best lineup using players rostered in 5% of leagues or less according to Yahoo. I will do it with 0.5ppr scoring rules.

|POS|PLAYER - TEAM|ROSTERED%|OPPONENT |:–:|:–:|:–:|:–:|:–:| |QB|Tommy DeVito - NYG|2%|at WAS| |RB|Matt Breida - NYG|3%|at WAS| |RB|D’Ernest Johnson - JAX|0%|vs TEN| |WR|Kyle Philips - TEN|1%|at JAX| |WR|Mecole Hardman - KC|4%|vs PHI| |TE|Tanner Hudson - CIN|4%|at BAL| |FLEX|Dontayvion Wicks - GB|0%|vs LAC| |D/ST|Tennessee Titans|5%|at JAX| |K|Lucas Havrisik - LAR|0%|vs SEA|

This team is available in between 82.39% and 95% of leagues.

In an alternate universe the Giants’ starting quarterback was Tommy Jones and the backup is Danny DeVito. Unfortunately we live in the universe where Danny Dimes and Tyrod Taylor are injured leaving Tommy DeVito to face the Washington defense giving up the most points to QB in fantasy.

Not a lot of inspiring options at running back this week so we’ll really test that Washington defense with a backup RB, Matt Breida. The Commanders are stronger against the run on paper but they just traded away two solid defenders and have allowed more points the last couple of weeks.

Now in Jacksonville, D’Ernest Johnson seems to be overtaking Tank Bigsby as RB2. Johnson showed well when called upon in Cleveland last year. Tennessee is a tough matchup but Johnson may be able to get involved in a home divisional matchup.

On the other side, Kyle Philips continues to see his work increase. He is poised to breakout. His snap shares are rising and he could vault north of 50% in this one, which should lead to more than the 5 targets he’s gotten in each of the last two games.

Philly is giving up the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Mecole Hardman only needs one deep shot to cash in a good fantasy day. There should be plenty of scoring in this one and I like Hardman to capitalize here.

Tanner Hudson has seen 5 and 7 targets the last two weeks. With Higgins still out the high targets should continue. Baltimore is a tough defense but I still think the Bengals can move the ball and Hudson could be a chain moving safety valve for Burrow.

The Packers offense is not great but some young players are showing promise. Dontayvion Wicks has been called on in some bigger moments of late and could take advantage of the Chargers weaker secondary.

The Titans have been a solid D and JAX has been struggling on offense. The Titans could keep this low scoring and perhaps get a turnover or two.

It sounds like Stafford will play, and there should be some decent scoring opportunities in this one, giving Lucas Havrisik a good chance at a solid outing.
