Seriously when is this shit gonna stop. Sick of going against a 0-10 yasuo/yone who buukds hullbreaker 2nd and then most of the time you need to send 2 people over to stop a person who has literally done nothing for the entire game until they built hullbreaker. makes them able to 1v1 somebody who was ahead of them and they do a ton of turret dmg. just remove the item at this point or make it less gold efficient
