Just in the way a background, I left the corporate job in finance about 10+years ago to start working for myself as a consultant. I’m definitely not a guru on every single facet of the process, but I’ve built a business from scratch that I make a decent income.

I’m considering offering a service to help budding entrepreneurs who want to make the leap, but before they do that I thought I would offer to do it informally for free just to get a sense of if there’s any real value to be provided.

    I’d take you up on that offer if you’re still putting it out there. I’m thinking about getting into consulting for homeowners for their property claims and a secondary aspect would be for inspecting their roofs for potential damage.

    Kinda niche, but consulting brands on merchandising strategy. I’ve already started doing it and have been for a few years, but it’s mainly on the custom apparel broker side. Have had a few clients who we consult and execute (like an agency I guess?) from start to finish.
