Our front office has to step in and do something about ham and his rotations and never giving our guys consistent mins. If we are paying Rui he needs to play consistent mins. If not then we just blow up our depth since ham doesn’t know how to have any rotation.

It’s so bad Ham doesn’t even have a consistent 6th man. That’s an issue. None of the players know when they are going to go in or come out and you expect them to always be in rhythm. He takes out players when they are hot. Dude is the definition of momentum killer for his own team.
