I kept clicking ‘continue’ on the delivery address page and getting errors, eventually it went to the next page and again more errors. Then said there was an error with my attached PayPal account (never happened before). Tried again with a credit card and it eventually went through. Email confirmation received.

Seems like you have to push it through the steps by clicking ‘continue’ and it eventually gets through.
