Some weeks ago I updated my 1st gen SE to the 10.1 watch OS, or I tried to, because long story short it got stuck on a boot loop.

Apple support was useless, saying that they can’t do anything and basically I should replace it with a new watch (Apple care is expired).

I took it to a repair shop and told me they’ll try to update the firmware (supposedly it works for most cases like mine) but days later they weren’t able to fix the problem.

So now I’m just thinking of selling it for parts. What worries me is that it still has my Apple ID logged and photos, so my question is, since I can’t sync it with any iPhone, and it doesn’t get past the Apple logo screen, is there a way to delete all my information?
