Ravens lose tonight, we beat the steelers this weekend then we should be atop the division right? Of nothing else we have a favorable schedule to log some dubs and get the wild card?

Peak browns optimism of course but it feels like we are in a decent position. Has anyone begun to breakdown playoff path scenarios?

The easiest path is if the Ravens win. The Bengals are a threat for the WC and the division. The Ravens winning will allow us to focus almost entirely on the WC which is the most likely route.

That being said I was the Ravens to suffer for their wins.

Browns are in a very favorable position. The Ravens and Bengals have brutal schedules. The Browns have one of the easier remaining schedules. The Browns were 2-2 in games without Watson, all against teams at .500 or better.

I’m not worried. Stefanski and staff will have DTR ready to go. He will play better than how he did against the Ravens.

Well, our route to the playoffs at this point, we need to with ~3-5 of our games (5+ wins and we’re a lock), we want the Steelers to lose a lot, the Texans, Colts, Raiders, Bills, Jets, and Ravens (especially) really. We have tiebreaker over Ravens so if they lose 3-4 we can take the division.

As we stand right now, our destiny depends solely on us. DTR has to be at least average, the defense needs to stay elite, and the offense needs to keep it together.
