I know I’m about to get downvoted to hell but, hear me out. At some point, we have to quit using injuries as excuses. Every single injury isn’t just a coincidence or happenstance. There are things that guys can do ON THEIR OWN to recalibrate healthier and recover faster after games. I think it’s fair to start questioning what players are doing outside of the facility to help their bodies. That’s also an indictment on the medical staff to refer different tactics to keep your body fresh and stay less susceptible to injuries. Just going home and getting off your feet all the time isn’t always going to help. I know this is an extreme example but, think about all the money LeBron pours into recovering his body after games. I just think this is a fair question to ask at this point with the constant uptick in injuries.
