So I’m from a town called bowling green (20 minutes south of Toledo for reference) and so I probably should be a browns fan but as a kid I thought their logo was incredibly stupid. It’s literally just a helmet. So yea lol the browns logo is why I’m a fan
Jerome Simpson made an all time highlight when I was like 10 years old
Im from Louisville ky and my uncle took me to my 1st nfl game in 1989, Seahawks vs. Bengals, because of Steve Largent. I was Seahawks fan at the time. After seeing the energy at the old Concrete Doughnut Riverfront Stadium, I was hooked and have been a Bengals fan since!!
Born into it! Dad picked the team because he thought they looked cool and were pretty good back in the 80s. Lots of years of heartbreak and it’s been so fun to watch things come back around
I don’t live that far from you. Used to go party in bg a lot lol grew up in California but my grandpa was from Dayton and a die hard Bengals fan. My mom (his daughter) is in love with the Bengals as much as he was. She still has her old school Boomer jersey from back in the day. He died when I was 10 and he was my hero so the Bengals became my team. I wish he could have seen what they’ve been doing the past few years but I know he’d be proud of them. Wish I had him here to celebrate with. WHO DEY?!?!
I’m from western West Virginia, about two and half hours out of Cincy . We have no pro teams, but my dad was a big fan of the Reds during the Big Red Machine era. You could get radio and sometimes even tv broadcasts of the Reds out this way in 70s, and it’s close enough to take a day trip to catch a game and get back home. So I was raised on the Reds, and adopted the Bengals too.
I’m not from Cincinnati, but grew up in Indiana about 1 hour drive from Cincy. My family were huge Reds fans. We’d go to a couple games each summer, and I’d listen to lots of games on the radio, 700WLW. We weren’t really into the NFL when I was a kid. No particular reason, just weren’t. But as I got a little older being a fan of the Reds just sorta morphed into being a fan of the Bengals too. I think it coincided with the arrival of Carson Palmer and the team starting to become not a joke anymore. So I became a fan in like 03-04 timeframe which is when I started becoming more interested in the NFL in general. Been a diehard fan ever since, despite living much further away now
My Dad’s side of the family is from SE ohio.
I’m from New England, my dad’s a die-hard pats fan. He sent me the video of Burrow’s heisman speech and neither of us have looked back since. Joe pulled me in but I stay for all of the amazing players on the team and the culture of cincy.
I live in Louisville, but grew up in Dayton. Been a fan since the first time I heard the name Boobie Clark.
Picked team when I was 3 years old cause favorite color, favorite animal and I had blonde hair and so did Boomer Esiason
I am from central Ohio. My family is split 50/50 between Bengals fans and Browns fans. Chad Johnson is a lot cooler than going 0-16 and as crazy as it sounds, chose my Fandom when we signed Craig Krenzel to the practice squad and was there for the '05 run. That was the start of my love for this team.
Also FTS just because

Fuck all the Browns fans in BG though they act like they were in Cleveland. I had an asshole in an OBJ jersey cuss me out for wearing my AJ Green jersey out to a bar on Monday Night football when we were playing. Like bruh BG to Cleveland is almost the same distance as BG to Cincy
Im old enough to remember the SB against the 49’ers. Growing up in CA where everyone in my fam was either a Raiders or 49’er fan, I fell hard for Icky Woods & Boomer + the uniforms were amazing! Been a fan for a long while. Now I live in OH & we were lucky enough to secure season tickets. WHO DEY!!!
Been a fan since I was a kid. I was born and raised in Athens so of course I gotta support Joey. I’ve been watching him play since he was in high school. Kid is a total stud.
