Honestly, the rules should be 10:00 kickoff only when both teams are from that time zone. It’s clearly an advantage to the east coast teams. No reason you can’t kick off at 4:00p local time. These guys have to be up and ready to play at the highest level. That can’t happen when their day starts at like 5:00 a pacific time when they play on the east coast. They are going to be groggy. I hate the 10:00 kickoffs, we never show up.
