I bought a Bad ESN galaxy a13, the seller said I could use it WiFi-only, but when I get it on I’m able to pass through Welcome!, For your review, and Permissions for Samsung apps and services before it tells me I need a SIM card for it to work. I have a sim for the carrier, but it does not work due to the bad ESN. How can I activate it to use it WiFi-only?
