My Windows RE was disabled when I tried doing an offline scan using Windows Defender. I didn’t know about Windows RE until today. I re-enabled Windows RE but now I’m worried that I have a virus.

Windows Defender came back clean after a full scan and an offline scan.

Am I just being paranoid?
