In my 17 years as a Chargers fan, I’ve felt absolutely blessed to witness the play of some all-time Charger greats. LT, Rivers, Gates, Allen. Sometimes I don’t take enough time to sit back and appreciate whats happening in front of me. I’m not old enough to have witnessed Seau, Fouts, Alworth, Joiner, Winslow, etc.

Allen is great and he has been for so long. He’s one of the few guys over the past, shit, 10 years that I know will always show up and do his thing.

Makes it all the more frustrating that we never have been able to put it together. Most teams would kill for half the talent we’ve had in the last 15 years. We’ve had arguably 5 players who all all time for the franchise in the last decade and a half and nothing to show for it. FUck me. I digress. Long Live Allen
