I have been judging Zach too harshly. I view him higher than just a backup Quarterback because we invested such a high draft pick on him. I’ll be the first to say I can see all of his strengths and celebrate him. However, at the end of the day I haven’t been giving him credit when I view him from the perspective of a backup quarterback, QB 2… under that frame, we can say he’s trying his best with an ever continuing makeshift OL. He’s trying his best when there’s only 1, MAYBE 2 WRs that can achieve separation. He’s trying his best amidst some truly horribly and puzzling play-calling. Don’t hate for saying this, but I still think we can surprise the league and beat the Bills AND the dolphins these upcoming 2 weeks.

he’s got an elite arm and we massively mismanaged his development but it’s easier to put 100% of the blame on him based on the statistics than admit the organization is fundamentally dysfunctional on offense.

Don’t buy into that, “nObOdY sEpErAtInG” nonsense. The numbers say different.

Garrett is one of the top separators in all of football. Conklin has been a top 10 separator among TE. He is always open, just watch All-22. And Breece can take any check down to the house.

That’s 3 huge weapons that don’t display nearly the talent level they possess. It’s insane to have those pieces and still have such a piss poor offense.
