How long it takes usually to get a refund? Purchased steamdeck LE today and found out my brother bought me one for Christmas and don’t need the one i purchased anymore.

I asked for a refund a few hours ago and still no news . The two tickets says “Open”

Hopefully they will refund it before they ship it.

Wish i knew he was buying me one prior to ordering it.
