I changed the brakes on my 2016 Forester XT and now I’m getting a slight shake over 70 mph. It’s mainly when I’m accelerating and feels like going over very small sporadic bumps. It’s almost indistinguishable from the road but I can tell it’s something else as it happens when I drive on smooth tarmac as well. It’s only happening on the front axel, which happens to be where I broke a wheel stud on each side when working too fast. I banged out and in the studs and finished up the job. I thought at first it was cause the front two tires were fairly old and this is an AWD car. But I just had the 2 replaced and all 4 balanced and it’s still happening. Now I’m worried I F’d up the wheel bearing or drive shaft or something when hammering in the studs and it’s causing the shake. Any ideas would be great. Thanks gents.
