What issues would a 2011 v8 cayenne have? There is one listed near me for $10,500 usd has 150,000 miles

Current issues it has is

sunroof not working
minor oil leak
rough idle at times

I can do DIY in our garage as long as i dont have to pull out the engine or transmission

What potential issues should i look at further Or do i just maybe go buy a fx35/50

This wont be my only vehicle so it having some downtimes wont be too much of an issue but id rather not buy something that will have countless issues
