Every team misses.

The expectations to hit on everyone is the issue.

Go back and look at every first round pick the last 5 years.

You will be surprised at how many “misses” there are from every team.

If you are bored do it for every pick.

Then and only then will you have a legit idea on if Ron misses more or less than other GM’s/coaches.

But most people only follow our team closely and are hyper critical or every pick and player.
