1. We lost all momentum in 4Q and looked like we were going to lose (as we’ve usually done), but everyone pitched in and regained the lead

  2. Bogi dropped 30 on us as usual but threw up an air ball on that 3 pointer

  3. Jalen Johnson looked like he was gonna shut down Randle but nope. Also Capela got sonned on the boards by Mitch and Randle.

  4. After a shaky start to the season, Brunson and Randle both show they still got it

  5. Despite the refs giving Trae free throws from rip through fouls, he still fucked it up

  6. Dejounte Murray getting the lane violation seals the deal. Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy /s

LGK

very satisfied. I thought Knicks were done when Bey had that put back dunk, and we answered furiously. at one point you’d have to think if we could keep up with Hawks scoring. we did, and we stopped them, and then we almost threw it away, and we won. loved the Brunson foul on the in bounds.

I feel like Capela used to own the paint against the Knicks and get Mitch in foul trouble. Not anymore! Dang, Mitch is different this season.

He owned the paint in the playoffs while Mitch was injured but the Knicks have wrecked them for the most part before and after that series.

How this post doesn’t shout out IQ is beyond me 🤷‍♂️ (and randy for empowering him in the 4th to go attack trae and secure the dub).

To be fair I think everyone deserved credit for the Hawks W: Grimes was on point until he got hurt. IQ hit the clutch shots when it mattered, Mitch and Hartenstein were both goons in the paint as always, Donte was disruptive with his hands as usual, and Josh Hart stopped doubting his shots and it shows.

As for RJ… just come back!
