Windows Search won't start

So i think it is a indexation problem and windows search isn’t started and even when i start it manually from service.msc the error 21 “the device is not ready” show up. I tried many things but nothing worked like : chkdsk, sfc /scannow, reindexing, cleaning the disk and few other things i can’t remember.

How do i start win search please ?
