As the title says, I’m in a slump atm and need a new champ to play/ master. I need to feel confident on a few champs before i want to go ahead into ranked.

Shaco, he can teach you a LOT that you can bring over to other champs.
Can be played in any role, can build Crit, AS, LS, Tank, or as AP, going for burning down tanks, or a control mage, hell even a Hybrid of the two, although not ideal.
