Laptop only works when charging? Possible power surge?

Hi guys,

I have a Razer Blade 2019 and the other day the charger made a crackle sound when I moved it with my elbow by mistake and the laptop turned off.

The laptop battery indicator shows 0% all the time now, and turns off when I unplug the charger. Is my battery fried? Many thanks
