What Percentage of an SSD's Space Should Be Unused?

In case it’s relevant. My SSD is the KINGSTON SA2000M8250g.

I’ve been told that I should leave 20% free space on my SSD. But also the same thing with 10% instead. Sometimes even 5%.

My question is, what percentage of an SSD’s space should be unused?
