I haven’t actually noticed anyone mentioning this explicitly, but if you were previously using CryoUtilities 2.0, the latest firmware update resets your UMA Frame buffer size back to 1G, so make sure you go back into your bios and set it back to 4G!

Reminder of how to re-apply it:

• Fully shutdown your steam deck
• Hold the power button and volume up button until you hear the sound
• You should see 4 options on your screen
• Go into “Setup Utility”
• Head into “Advanced” on the left hand side
• Navigate down the options until you see “UMA Frame buffer Size”
• Change to “4G”
• Next “Save and Exit”
• Done
