I’m not a card enthusiast but I do see the subs on here. First things first is to put it in plastic protector. Then you can check eBay to see what similar cards go for to know it’s value. If you don’t find anything you can post on one of them and you can get an idea of how valuable/ rare it is

I don’t know anything about cards, is this a piece of his first game jersey or something?
Most of the time it’s just a piece of a lions jersey, not necessarily his.
