Can I swap out alternator internals from a 03 expedition 5.4l to a 02 accord 2.3l?

So I have a 2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4l that im junking because of problems that i dont care to fix and because I do not need the car. However, I have a high output alternator on it and was wondering if it can be put into my 2002 Honda Accord 2.3l which has a stock alternator or if the internals can be interchanged.
