Playing Battlebit on the SteamDeck.

So I’ve just played through the tutorial and I have downloaded SteamDeck compatible controls in the controller settings. Is it possible to change the onscreen controllers to match my button inputs?

For example currently it says press Space to vault but I press A, says R to reload but I press X and F to pickup but I hold Y.

Is there anyway to change the onscreen inputs or will I just have to memorise and learn them?
